Member Relations Strategy
Bucak Chamber of Commerce and Industry manages the member relations in the provision of services towards the duties attributed to it by legislation; in line with the principles of solution orientation, transparency and accountability.
In this framework, it has identified as its member relations strategy to establish and maintain an organization and to create necessary resources for:
1. The members’ requests, suggestions and complaints can be easily conveyed to the Chamber,
2. Assessing these notifications in line with the legislation and in a way that is fast, fair and confidential,
3. Accepting the resolution of dissatisfaction as the main principle,
4. Making the necessary improvements for the dissatisfaction experienced not to recur,
5. Embracing a member oriented approach.
